From The South

M6, M56, M60 (via Stockport)

1. Leave the M60 at Junction 21

2. At the first set of lights turn right onto the A663 Chadderton (M627 Rochdale)

3. At the second set of lights turn right. A663 Chadderton (M627 Rochdale)

4. You are now crossing the motorway underneath you. Turn immediately next left onto Broadgate. (Sign-posted Oldham Broadway Business Park.) The Boat & Horses pub is now on your right.

5. Follow Broadgate to the traffic lights. The Railway & Linnet pub is now on your right. Go under the tunnel to the next set of lights (500 Yards) and turn left onto Greengate.

6. Travel up Greengate to the second turning/entrance on your left by some brown clad buildings. Turn in between William Walsh & Co. Ltd. and Reynard Bakery Supplies.

7. Simply Washrooms is in front of you on your left.

From the North (from Leeds)

1. Leave the M62 at junction 18 turning left and joining the M60 heading towards Stockport.

2. Leave the M60 at junction 21 and drive up the slip road.

3. Turn immediately left onto Broadgate. (Sign-posted Oldham Broadway Business Park.)

4. Follow Broadgate to the traffic lights. The Railway & Linnet pub is now on your right. Go under the tunnel to the next set of lights (500 yards) and turn left onto Greengate.

5. Come up Greengate to the second turning/entrance on your left by some brown clad buildings. Turn in between William Walsh & Co. Ltd. and Reynards Bakery Supplies.

7. Simply Washrooms is in front of you on your left.
